· Bring people to Jesus Christ: Host community outreach events, share personal testimonies, offer prayer, and invite neighbors to worship with us.

· Welcome people into His family: Greet newcomers warmly, provide a clear path to membership, connect people with small groups, and pair new believers with mentors.

· Grow toward maturity in Christ: Offer Bible studies, discipleship classes, prayer gatherings, and age-appropriate opportunities for spiritual formation.

· Equip people for ministry in the church: Help members discover their gifts, provide ministry training, and create opportunities to serve in worship, hospitality, children’s and youth ministry, senior care, and outreach.

· Prepare people for their mission in the world: Encourage members to live out their faith at home, at work, and in the community; support local service projects; and participate in missions at home and abroad.

· Magnify God’s name: Center our worship, service, generosity, and daily conduct on honoring God and sharing what He has done.

· Secure a van. Reliable transportation will help people attend worship, expand community outreach, serve those with transportation needs, and mobilize members for ministry and missions.

· Remodel the facilities. Safe, welcoming, and functional spaces will help us receive people into the church family and provide effective settings for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and ministry.

· Host short-term mission teams. Partnerships with mission teams will expand our capacity to serve the community, share Jesus Christ, strengthen local ministries, and participate in God’s work beyond our congregation.

· Expand Sunday School and Youth Ministries. Strong ministries for children and youth will welcome families, nurture spiritual maturity, equip young people to serve, and prepare the next generation to live out their faith in the world.

· Develop the Pearls Ministry. A dedicated ministry for older adults will provide care and fellowship, encourage spiritual growth, equip seniors to use their gifts through mentoring and service, connect them with outreach opportunities, and strengthen intergenerational relationships.
